Godspower Umejuru Ake was a Nigerian politician from Rivers State, who served as a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly and was the Deputy Speaker from 1979 to 1983. He represented the Ahoada I constituency for the National Party of Nigeria. Ake was later the Special Adviser on Lands and Housing to Governor Peter Odili from 1999 to 2007, during which he also served as the National Vice Chairman of the People's Democratic Party from 2004 to 2007. He became the chairman of the Rivers State PDP in 2008, serving until 2013.
