Grafton K. Mintz (1925–1983) was an American copy editor who made significant contributions to English language editing in Korea. Born in Milwaukee, he graduated from Bucknell University and earned an M.A. in English from Ohio State. In 1962, he moved to Korea on a Fulbright grant, teaching at Pusan National University. Mintz became an editor at the Korea Times in 1970, notably editing works like Ha Tae-Hung's English translation of Samguk Yusa. He passed away in Korea in 1983 and is buried in Yanghwajin Foreigners' Cemetery.
