His Honour Judge John Graham Boal KC (1943–2022) was a British judge and author known for his work in criminal law. He served as a judge at London's Old Bailey after a thirty-year career as a barrister. Boal authored a book discussing his personal struggles with alcoholism and was involved with WDP, an addiction charity as a trustee. He retired in 2005 after nine years on the bench.
