Graham Harold Galbraith is a British academic and administrator, born on October 16, 1960. He has held the position of Vice-Chancellor at the University of Portsmouth since September 2013. Previously, he served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Hertfordshire and Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at Glasgow Caledonian University. Galbraith is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, among other professional memberships. He received a CBE in the 2022 New Year Honours for his contributions to higher education.
