Sir Graham James Hearne is a British businessman born on November 23, 1937. He served as the chairman of Enterprise Oil from 1991 to 2002, after joining as chief executive in 1984. He has a legal background from Pinsent & Co and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York. Hearne held a non-executive director position at N M Rothschild & Sons until June 2010 and was High Sheriff of Greater London in 1995-96. He was appointed CBE in 1990 and knighted in 1998.
