Grandmaster Ratte', born Kevin Wheeler in April 1970, is a co-founder of the Cult of the Dead Cow hacker group. Known for his contributions to hacking culture, he was formerly referred to as Swamp Rat and Swamp Ratte'. In the hacker community, he held the ceremonial title of 'Imperial Wizard of ExXxtasy', reflecting his influence within the group alongside other founders, Franken Gibe and Sid Vicious.
