Greg Romeus, born on April 29, 1988, is a former American football linebacker. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL draft. Before his professional career, he played as a defensive end for the Pittsburgh Panthers while attending the University of Pittsburgh. Interestingly, Romeus spent only one year playing football prior to his college career, and in high school, he was recognized as a top college prospect in basketball.
