Greta Charlotta Nilsson (1921-2016) was a Swedish entrepreneur known for her role in the café and restaurant industry in Älvsbyn, Norrbotten. She co-founded Polarbröd AB and created the Renklämman sandwich, marketed later as Polar Sandwich, recognized as the world's first frozen sandwich. Greta operated several cafés starting in 1950 and established Polarbröd with her husband and daughter in 1972. In honor of her 93rd birthday, her family founded the Greta Foundation to support cultural projects in northern Sweden. Nilsson is buried at Nya Kyrkogården in Älvsbyn.
