Grigor Poghpatyan (September 9, 1945 – January 31, 2021) was an Armenian politician who served as the Minister of Communications of Armenia from 1991 to 1998 under the governments of Gagik Haroutiunyan, Khosrov Haroutiunyan, Hrant Bagratyan, and Robert Kocharyan. He played a significant role in the development and management of communication infrastructure during a pivotal time in Armenia's political history.
