Erland Bengt Gunnar Lindström was a Swedish professor of electrical measurement technology, vice president of Saab-Scania, and is considered one of the founders of Datasaab. Born on February 8, 1918, in Västervik, he graduated as a civil engineer from Chalmers in 1943. He worked in various roles at Chalmers, the Nobel Institute, and Saab, becoming a prominent figure in nuclear physics and electronics. In addition to his professional achievements, he was a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences before passing away on April 1, 1990.
