Guy Nève de Mevergnies, known as Guy Nève, was a Belgian racing driver born on April 24, 1955. He tragically lost his life during practice for a Procar endurance race in Chimay, Belgium, at the age of 37. While driving a Porsche 911, he had a catastrophic accident, colliding with another competitor and flipping over after hitting a grass bank. The car caught fire after the crash. Nève was also the younger brother of fellow racer Patrick Nève.
