Haifa Najjar is a Jordanian politician and educator born on March 1, 1959, in Zarqa. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Jordan and a Master's in Transformational Management from Buckingham University. Since October 11, 2021, she has been the Minister of Culture in Bisher Al-Khasawneh's government. With a prominent career in education, Najjar has led several schools in Amman and served as a member of the 26th Jordanian Senate. Recognized for her leadership, she has been listed among the strongest women in Jordan and the Arab world.
