Harold Seeger (May 16, 1917 – March 13, 2005) was an American producer and director of animated cartoons, known for founding the Hal Seeger Studio. He created popular animated series such as Batfink, Milton the Monster, and Fearless Fly during the 1960s. In the 1930s and 1940s, Seeger also worked as a comics writer and artist, notably contributing to the Betty Boop comic strip and Leave It to Binky. His work had a significant impact on animation and comic art during his career.
