Hananoumi Ken is a former sumo wrestler from Ikawa, Akita, Japan. Born Ken Sawaishi on December 6, 1960, he began his professional career in May 1976. Hananoumi reached the top division of sumo wrestling in March 1985 and achieved the rank of komusubi, his highest position. He retired from professional sumo in July 1989, after a career spanning over a decade.
