Starting in 1979, she became the only female voice of the popular group Lolo Sy Ny Tariny, gaining fame for songs like "Mpivahiny," "Maninona e," and "Zakarandahy." After being discovered by Graeme Alwright, she moved to France for an international career. She gained recognition from 1997, performing in festivals and signing with prestigious labels. Her music combines traditional Malagasy melodies with various global rhythms, including Afro-Cuban and Brazilian influences.
