Hannu Tapio Pärssinen, born on September 24, 1960, in Polvijärvi, is a retired Finnish hurdler. He represented Viipurin Urheilijat throughout his career, coached by Raimo Reinikka. Pärssinen earned two bronze medals in the 110 meters hurdles at the Kalevan kisat in 1983 and 1986. He also won several medals in relay events, including a gold medal in the 4 x 100 meters relay in 1987. After retiring from athletics in 1989, he became the CEO of Oy Ford Ab in 2005.
