Hans Petter Hansen (February 28, 1948 - February 6, 2020) was a Norwegian pop singer who rose to fame with his 1974 hit 'Jeg kommer snart igjen,' a Norwegian version of Demis Roussos' 'Goodbye My Love, Goodbye.' He sold over 20,000 copies of his record, leading to a full-time music career after previously working at Rosenberg Verft. Hansen toured with the band STACCATO from 1975 to 1981 and released eight albums, including collaborations. Later, he ventured into the video industry and made sporadic performances until his passing.
