Harold Steves is a Canadian politician born on May 29, 1937. He served as a city councillor in Richmond, British Columbia, having first been elected in 1969 and re-elected in 1977. Prior to his time on the city council, he was a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the New Democratic Party from 1972 to 1975. Steves dedicated many years to public service, retiring from the city council in October 2022.
