Harry J. Aleo was an American businessman and owner of Thoroughbred racehorses, born on December 7, 1919, in Noe Valley, San Francisco. He served in World War II, participating in the Battle of the Bulge, before founding Twin Peaks Properties, a real estate and insurance brokerage. He entered the Thoroughbred racing scene in 1979 and was known for his trainer Greg Gilchrist. His notable horse, Lost in the Fog, received the Eclipse Award in 2005 for being the American Champion Sprint Horse.
