Harry Aubrey Morton (April 7, 1981 – November 23, 2019) was an American restaurateur known for founding the Pink Taco restaurant chain and previously owning The Viper Room nightclub. He came from a prominent family in the restaurant industry, being the son of Hard Rock Cafe co-founder Peter Morton and the grandson of Morton's The Steakhouse founder Arnie Morton. Morton passed away from sudden cardiac arrest linked to undiagnosed coronary artery disease, leaving a legacy described as visionary in the industry.
