Hasan Fahmi Juma'ah is an Iraqi academic and researcher in agricultural sciences and a politician. He served as the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Mosul from 1971 to 1974, and as Iraq's Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform from November 11, 1974, to April 5, 1977. He was also the Iraqi Ambassador to the Russian Federation from 1994 to 2000, as well as an ambassador to Belarus, Ukraine, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. After the American occupation of Iraq, he emigrated to Jordan and established a consultancy firm in agricultural services.
