Heghine Bisharyan is an Armenian politician, educator, and former deputy who served as the faction leader of the Law Dimension party in the Armenian National Assembly. Born on January 5, 1961, in Yerevan, she began her career in education and transitioned into politics, becoming a deputy in the National Assembly in 2003. Bisharyan has held multiple positions including being a member of various parliamentary committees and, since 2017, the rector of the European University of Armenia. She has received several awards for her contributions to education.
