Heiko Krogmann, born on February 11, 1961, in Boostedt, is a Brigadegeneral in the German Army. He joined the Bundeswehr in 1980 and has had a long military career, serving in various capacities including as a commander and staff officer. He was appointed head of the staff and deputy chief of the Office for Army Development in Cologne in October 2019. He has participated in international missions, including a deployment to Afghanistan as a Senior Mentor with ISAF. Krogmann has also served in education and planning roles within the military.
