Helen Baker (born 18 April 1948) is an English author renowned for her contributions to personal finance literature, particularly her books such as 'Money Matters For Women' (1993) and its updated version 'Wealth For Women' (2005). In addition to finance, she has authored books on Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including 'Teaching A Frenchman English' (2011). Baker also wrote novels inspired by Jane Austen, such as 'Playfulness' (2008) and 'Miss Jane Austen's Lady Susan – Revived' (2010), along with several travelogues from her experiences as an expatriate.
