Helge Olsen was a Norwegian fireman assistant, saboteur, and resistance fighter against Nazi Germany. Born on June 27, 1917, in Norderhov, he lived in Svingheim and was a member of the Vågårdsgruppa, a sub-group of the Osvald group led by Asbjørn Sunde. He participated in sabotage training and operations but was arrested on June 7, 1944. After a brief imprisonment, he received a death sentence and was executed on September 5, 1944, in Trandumskogen. He is buried in Norderhov.
