Hena Rodríguez Parra (May 20, 1915 - April 17, 1997) was one of the first female sculptors in Colombia. She taught at the National University of Colombia and the Universidad de los Andes, later becoming the founding dean of the Faculty of Arts at that university. Rodríguez was the only woman involved in establishing the Bachué Movement, a vanguard art organization that incorporated indigenous elements into artistic works. Her sculpture 'Cabeza de Negra' is housed in the Colombian National Museum, and the painting 'Espalda' is part of the Bank of the Republic's art collection.
