Henrik Karapeti Sevan (Khachatryan) was an Armenian poet, children's writer, and translator. Born on March 1, 1925, in Leninakan, Armenian SSR, he became a member of the Union of Writers of Armenia in 1963. Sevan contributed significantly to Armenian literature until his passing on October 8, 2008, in Yerevan, Armenia. His works reflect his commitment to cultural and literary values.
