Charles Henry Plumb (27 March 1925 - 15 April 2022) was a British politician and farmer. He initially entered politics as the leader of the National Farmers' Union. Later, he became active in the Conservative Party and was elected as a Member of the European Parliament, serving from 1979 to 1999. He was notably the President of the European Parliament from 1987 to 1989, making him the only British national to hold this position.
