Hernando Delfin Carmelo Arreza Iriberri is a retired Filipino soldier who served as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines from July 2015 to April 2016. Prior to this role, he was the 56th Commanding General of the Philippine Army starting February 7, 2014. His military career includes significant leadership positions and contributions to the Philippine military.
