Herr Seele, born Peter van Heirseele on April 13, 1959, in Torhout, is a Flemish cartoonist, author, actor, presenter, and piano collector. He is best known for the absurd comic Cowboy Henk, which started publication in 1981. After criticism of its risqué humor, it moved to the weekly magazine Humo until 2001. He received the Grand Prix at the Angoulême International Comics Festival in 2014. Besides cartoons, Herr Seele has a notable collection of historical pianos, housing around 200 instruments in Oostende.
