Ngo Minh Hieu, known as Hieu PC, is a Vietnamese cyber security specialist born on October 8, 1989. Once a hacker and identity thief, he was convicted in the United States for stealing personal information, resulting in a 13-year prison sentence. Released early in 2020, he returned to Vietnam and joined the National Cyber Security Centre. Currently, he is a director at ChongLuaDao Social Enterprise and manages the non-profit project ChongLuaDao, which he co-founded in late 2020.
