Hilton Alexander Dabson (1912-1984) was a prominent American Thoroughbred horse racing jockey and trainer. He excelled as a jockey, notably winning the Narragansett Special in 1937 aboard Calumet Dick, defeating notable competitors such as Seabiscuit. As a trainer, he achieved success with the horse Nance's Lad, winning multiple stakes races and setting track records. Dabson also contributed to the horse racing community as a charter member of the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association after moving to Florida in 1955.
