Hirokawa Kozen (March 31, 1902 - January 7, 1967) was a Japanese politician, monk, and educator. Known as a Soto Zen monk by his title 'Kozen', his real name was Hirokawa Hiroshi. He served as a member of the House of Representatives and held various significant positions, including the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the head of the Administrative Management Agency. He was also involved with Aoba Gakuen, serving as director and the first president of Aoba Gakuen Junior College. He received the Third Order of the Merit with a decoration.
