Hirokazu Hasegawa (born December 19, 1955) is a Japanese freelance announcer and local talent affiliated with Office Hasegawa. After graduating from Kyoto Sangyo University in 1978, he joined Hokkaido Television Broadcasting and worked there until December 1998. Hasegawa has been active as an event MC and lecturer while mentoring aspiring talents. He has also served as a radio personality for community FM station FM Apple. Known for his comedic roots, he was involved in broadcasting and drama clubs from an early age.
