Hiromi Niioka (born February 9, 1963) is a Japanese female animator, animation director, and manga artist from Tokoro, Hokkaido. After graduating from Tokoro High School, she studied at Tokyo Designer Academy. She has worked with various studios like Jungle Gym and Kaname Pro, and became a freelance animator. She is married to Satoru Irikyo, having collaborated on the 'GeGeGe no Kitaro' in the 1980s. Her pen name as a manga artist is Jugemu, debuting in 1994, contributing character goods to Oketo Shrine, where she has familial ties.
