Hiroshi Aizawa, born on December 26, 1953, is a Japanese physician who graduated from Asahikawa Medical University. Initially specializing in obstetrics and gynecology at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, he transitioned to dermatology in 1987. Aizawa researched the relationship between acne and hormones, earning his medical doctorate in July 1992. He established an acne clinic at Jikei University Hospital and pioneered hormonal therapy for adult acne. In July 1999, he opened Aizawa Dermatology Clinic in Chofu City, where he continues to practice.
