Hisatomo Ōhara (December 26, 1912 - September 25, 1994) was a Japanese livestock researcher, agricultural scientist, and former local government official. His expertise included livestock science, dairy science, and grassland science. He obtained his Doctorate in Agriculture from Hokkaido University in 1945. He served as the president of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. His mentor was Kenzo Iguchi.
