He graduated from the Pedagogical Academy of Thessaloniki in 1940 and worked as a teacher while actively participating in the resistance during World War II, which led to his capture by the German forces. After the war, he published 'Stalag VI C,' a memoir of his experiences in a concentration camp, alongside various short stories and essays about education and art. He died in 1962 in Skydra.
