Honoré Sayi is a Congolese politician serving as the Minister of Transport since September 2022 and as the deputy for Dolisie in Niari since 2017. He is a member of the Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (UPADS), the main opposition party, where he previously served as spokesperson. He joined President Denis Sassou-Nguesso's government for the first time in May 2021 as the Minister of Energy and Hydraulics, which caused controversy within UPADS, leading to his suspension from the party's leadership.
