Horace Van Vaultz Jr. is an American serial killer born on May 21, 1955. He was arrested on November 15, 2019, for the 1981 murder of Selena Keough and the 1986 murder of Mary Duggan, both cold cases solved through DNA evidence. Vaultz was also implicated in the murder of Janna Rowe, which he was acquitted of previously. Authorities found a collection of photographs of young women in his home, leading to further investigations. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder in August 2022 and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
