Horst Ademeit (September 9, 1937 – July 1, 2010) was a German artist known for his extensive work in photography. Over a span of forty years, he documented his immediate surroundings using Polaroid cameras, as well as both analog and digital photography. He perceived his environment as influenced by cold rays. In 2008, his vast body of work, consisting of several thousand photographs, measuring instruments, and handwritten notes, was discovered and exhibited for the first time.
