Hovhannes Igitian is an Armenian engineer, diplomat, and politician born on April 14, 1960. He has served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Lithuania and Latvia since 2022. Previously, he held the position of a deputy from the first convocation from 1995 to 1999 and then from the seventh convocation from 2019 to 2021 in the National Assembly of Armenia.
