Howard Anthony Feggins, born on May 6, 1965, is an American college football coach and former player. Currently, he serves as the special teams coordinator and running backs coach for Hampton University starting in 2024. He was the head football coach at St. Augustine's University since 2023. Feggins played professionally in the NFL as a defensive back, primarily with the New England Patriots during the 1989 season. He also played college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a cornerback and safety, recording 169 career tackles.
