He made significant contributions to agricultural science and held the title of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences. He was recognized as a professor in 2003 and became a corresponding member of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences in 1999. Throughout his career, he focused on improving agricultural practices and education in Armenia until his passing on December 31, 2017.
