Ian Campbell Dunn (1943-1998) was a prominent Scottish gay rights activist and pro-paedophilia campaigner. He founded The Scottish Minorities Group, one of the first gay rights organizations in Britain, which later became known as Outright Scotland. Dunn played a vital role in establishing Britain's first gay newspaper, Gay News, and served as the editor for Gay Scotland magazine. He was also a co-founder of the Paedophile Information Exchange, advocating for the rights of paedophiles.
