Ian McIntosh (24 September 1938 - 5 April 2023) was a former Zimbabwean-South African rugby coach. He served as head coach of the Springboks in 1993 and 1994. Growing up near Bulawayo, he never played for his country but discovered coaching in the 1970s under Ray Williams, the then coaching director of the Welsh Rugby Union. He coached the legendary Natal team in the late 1980s and early 1990s, achieving national fame after winning Natal's first Currie Cup in 1990. He was dismissed as national coach prior to the 1995 World Cup after a series of losses.
