Ib Rehné Olsen (1922-2005) was a Danish journalist and correspondent known for his work with Danmarks Radio. He reported from various locations including Cairo, Rome, and Paris from the late 1970s to the 1990s. Renowned for his distinct signing off in reports, he became a recognizable figure in Danish media. Rehné also authored several books reflecting his experiences. He spent his later years in Burgundy, France, and is remembered for his contributions to journalism as well as a tribute song by the rock group tv·2.
