İhsan Doğramacı (April 3, 1915 - February 25, 2010) was a Turkish pediatrician, educator, and businessman of Iraqi Turkmen descent, born in Erbil, Iraq. He founded Bilkent University, a leading private institution, and Hacettepe University, one of Turkey's top public universities specializing in medical sciences. Doğramacı held various influential roles, including Chairman of UNICEF's Executive Board and was a founding president of Turkey's Higher Education Council. He also served as the Executive Director of the International Pediatric Association. Fluent in multiple languages, he authored over 100 scientific articles and three books.
