Impi Kyllikki Lahtinen (née Lepola) was a Finnish cross-country skier born on December 8, 1908, in Ruovesi. Competing as a teenager, she represented Tampereen Veikkoja and Tampereen Yritys, winning several TUL championships. In 1931, Lahtinen achieved victories in the 4 km and 6 km events at the Workers' Olympics in Mürzzuschlag, Austria. Professionally, she was a businesswoman and served as treasurer for the women's section of the Tampere Motor Club from 1968. Lahtinen enjoyed gardening, cycling, swimming, and folk dancing. Her son, Kalevi Lahtinen, was a motorsport athlete.
