İnci Özdil is a Turkish conductor born on December 8, 1960, in Ankara. She is notable for being the first Turkish woman to conduct a symphonic orchestra in Turkey and the second woman overall to work with the Turkish State Opera. She graduated from Ankara Conservatory under the guidance of composer Nevit Kodallı and began her career as the assistant conductor of the Istanbul Symphony Orchestra in 1992. Özdil founded the Antalya Chamber Orchestra in 1994, which later became the Antalya Symphony Orchestra.
